This T-shirt bag on roll making machine is for making rolling plastic T-shirt bag (with paper core or without) and rolling plastic flat bags(with paper core or without), use high pressure and low pressure polyethylene film as materials, in the T-shirt bag on roll making machine, there are 2 sets cutting knives: straight cutting knife and puncher knife, the straight cutting knife is for making teeth cutting on the rolling flat bags and the puncher knife is for making T-shirt bag handle puncher and dot cutting on the rolling T-shirt bags, the 2 sets knives uses separately, very convenient to change use, the blade adopts high quality alloy steel material, very durable.
And this machine is double lines working, capacity double, after one rolls bag finished, need change bag roll manually, the rewind unit is controlled by pneumatic cylinders, operate conveniently. More, equips with waste plastic film discharges tube, better to collect the waste film together for recycling use.
We company accept bank TT,LC payment payments, generally, 30% of the total amount paid as down payment and the machines production begin, after machine ready, as standard, we will test the machine, after machine testing well, the client pay 70% balance, then we delivery the machine out.
