Automatic Double Layers PE Glove Making Machine 

Characteristic:
This machine is specializing in producing HDPE/LDPE plastic gloves, which is widely used in KFC, outdoor BBQ, kitchen, beauty salons etc fields.
10mm thickness Iron plate frame as machine frame.(other suppliers use channel steel frame to save cost)
Double layers working design, production capacity double.   
Double unwind unit stations, double inverters controlling unwinding, equips with double 2.5KG magnetic powder brake for tension controlling.
The whole machine was drove by main motor, with frequency inverter controlling, protect the electric circuit and power saved.
The material feeding is controlled by servo motor, feeding power strong and high accuracy.
It adopts touch screen to control the machine, the gloves quantity, batch number and speed could be preset in the controller, with auto counter, auto alarm/stop system. When preset pieces are finished, the machine will stop automatically.
The gloves mould will be customized based on sample, made of high quality brass material.
Equip with high precision temperature controller.
The cold cutting blade is made of SKH-9 high speed steel, very durable.
Equips with static electricity eliminator device one set, static electricity box and eliminator bars included.
Connect with waste removal unit with hole puncher, controlled with PLC and Touch screen.
