This Plastic Bag Folding Machine is mainly composed of storage device, stepping device, frequency conversion device, whole bag device, heat sealing cutter and control device. In addition, it realizes the function to store a corresponding amount of raw materials, the stepping device drives the raw materials, the frequency conversion device drives the heat sealing cutter, the whole bag device produces the whole bag after the fixed number of bags are produced, with high performance. 

 

Feature:

Equipped with advanced  inverter, our Plastic Bag Folding Machine has functions such as automatic torque compensation, slip compensation, and automatic voltage stabilization. In the case of frequent starting and stopping of the motor, the motor can be effectively protected from the impact of the starting current on the power grid, and energy saving and consumption reduction can be effectively achieved. The thermostat of our Plastic Bag Folding Machine uses delta ventilator that has a self-tuning function, and the temperature error is controlled within 0.1 degrees.
