Multiple film rolls feeding, feeding up to 5 film rolls simultaneously sealing and cutting, inline pneumatic hole punching unit, the holes position is adjustable, pneumatic control, the holes are used for escape water, avoid the too much waste rotten the plant roots, non tension sealing design, sealing units consists of upper sealing blade and bottom heating wire, after the cutting blade, the hot sealing is done under the film non tension condition, this non stretch sealing design is very suitable for sealing thick film especially thick recycled material plant bags.
After sealing, with air blowing for cooling sealing line on thick bag, avoid the bags re-weld each other.
Servo motor for pulling material, touch screen operation, auto counter, alarm automatically when the bag's quantity reach the setting number, the speed, batch number and bag length all could be set on the touch screen.
