This PLA PBAT Biodegradable Film Blowing HDPE Film Extruder PE Film Extrusion LDPE Blown Film Machine is able to produce biodegradable film with PBAT+PLA etc biodegradable raw material or HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE etc plastic film, in the machine, it adopts high quality alloy steel material screw and barrel, which is made of 38CrMoAl material, after cold & hot spray hard metal process, better plasticizing effect, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, longer service life, advanced nitriding process corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant bi-metal spraying process, the specialized screw and barrel ensure good plasticizing effort, helps increase the extrusion capacity.

The PLA PBAT Biodegradable Film Blowing HDPE Film Extruder PE Film Extrusion LDPE Blown Film Machine is consisted of five main parts: main extruder, take up unit, rewind unit, electric control box, air blower. In the extruder part, adopts high quality main motor and leading famous brand gear box (hard teeth surface gear box), match with high-quality alloy steel 38CrMoAlA material (38 chromium molybdenum aluminum material) screw and barrel, which is refined after quenching and tempering, qualitative, nitriding, precision grinding or spray welding (bimetal), polishing, waxing and other processes, making it reach the international standard.

The screw and barrel have high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance performance.In the PLA PBAT Biodegradable Film Blowing HDPE Film Extruder PE Film Extrusion LDPE Blown Film Machine, adopts good quality and high precision die head, which is consisted of die core, die cylinder and die cap 3 parts, the die head is made of 40CR steel, after forging, high-precision lathe processing, polishing, chrome plating, increase the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the die and then polish, can make the mold difficult to damage and difficult to produce retained coke.
