Product Description

Characteristic:
The whole machine adopts servo motor to control the feeding. The PLC touch screen automatically counts the number of meters, automatically cuts off, and the parking time is freely set. The pre-feeding to the rewinding and then continuing to receive the materials. The whole machine is controlled centrally by PLC and uses the touch screen man-machine interface to perform centralized operation on the whole machine. The system has a complete integrated design of machine, electricity and gas, and adopts complete safety protection measures. Features  After the traction device is used, the unwinding tension and the winding tension can be blocked, so that the changes do not affect each other.
 After the roller is balanced, the machine has no vibration source and runs smoothly.
The use of high-grade bearings makes the roller rotate smoothly at high speed, reducing the noise of the whole machine.
The use of timing belts makes the drive accurate, runs smoothly, and reduces overall machine noise.
