Adopts three pair clamp rollers for feeding material, aluminum pneumatic dancer rollers feeding instead of bamboo mat, the rubber rollers are drove by pneumatic cylinders, operation easily. The unwinding is drove by 400W DULY brand DC motor, with speed adjustment board controlling. The whole machine was drove by 2.2KW main motor (with reduction box), with 2.2KW inverter controlling, protect the electric circuit and power saved. The material feeding is controlled by double stepper motors (YAKO brand, made in China). DC5003A Touch screen controller, the gloves quantity, batch number and speed could be preset in the touch screen, with auto counter, auto alarm/stop system,when preset pieces are finished, the machine will stop automatically. The gloves mould will be customized based on sample, made of good quality brass material, better thermal conductivity, 2 sections heating. Under the mould, the bottom platform is movable, increase the life of rubber belt. Air blower for cooling, for better sealing effort Independent electric control box to ensure convenient operation. High accuracy digital AISET Brand temperature controller 2Pcs. Finished gloves product and waste material could be separated easily manually.
