Disposable plastic long arm veterinary gloves making machine, specializing in manufacturing disposable plastic long sleeve veterinary use gloves with LDPE, CPE, TPE etc plastic film raw material, the long arm veterinary gloves are mainly used for veterinary delivery, artificial insemination, animal inspection,pregnancy check in animal husbandry field.
In the long arm veterinary gloves making machine, it adopts frequency inverter controlling main motor, PLC controlling and Touch Screen man-machine interface operation, servo motor controlling plastic film material feeding, three groups clamp rubber rollers are all controlled by pneumatic cylinders, iron plate wall plate structure, very strong and solid, without vibration even working at top speed, ensure sealing and cutting accuracy, adopts aluminum rollers as dance rollers instead of the bamboo curtain transmission the film, equip with    first grade copper material glove mould sealing and cold cutting technology, after mould sealing, it's easy to tear away the waste film from long gloves.
The gloves quantity, batch number and speed could be preset in the touch screen, with auto counter, auto alarm/stop system. When preset pieces are finished, the machine will stop automatically.
The cold cutting blade is made of SK-45 high speed steel, very durable.
Equips with static electricity eliminator device one set, static electricity box and eliminator bars included.
