This machine is specializing in producing soft loop handle plastic bags with HDPE, LDPE film material, side sealing, inline attaching soft loop handle design, instead of traditional manual soft loop handle sealing machine, more automatic and advanced, equipped with touch-screen operation system. The raw material passed by automatic deviation correction, triangle folder, bottom gusset, top folded, heat sealing, ironing soft loop handle, side sealing, non stretch (no tension) hot sealing design, better sealing quality, discharge and other processes directly out of the finished products.
In the soft loop handle bag making machine, equips with edge photoelectric correction, pneumatic loading system, automatic tension of magnetic powder, automatic counter (bag quantity auto counting or soft loop handle auto. counting), pneumatic traction roller, the automatic stop of no raw material,electric-eye tracking and other features. Adopts hot sealing and cutting design, inline attaching soft loop handle, automatic conveyor belt to transport the final bags.
