Characteristic:
This machine is specializing in manufacturing plastic T-shirt bag with PE film material, suitable for making both printed bags and non-printed bags.
Double lanes working same time.
12mm thickness iron plate structure, strong and solid frame decrease the vibration when working at top speed, ensure sealing cutting punching accuracy.
Independent unwinder with material storage rack,pneumatic loading material rolls,with 2.5KG magnetic powder brake on the unwind station, air shaft 2pcs, with lay-on-roll device on unwinder.
Double PANASONIC brand photocell sensor for unwinding detect.
Material unwinding adopts analog control, with double 0.75KW Taiwan DELTA Brand simulation automatic synchronous feeding.
1.5KW SIMENS brand main motor drove the machine, with 1.5KW Taiwan DELTA brand frequency inverter controlling.
