This rolling plastic garment suit cover making machine is specializing in producing rolling plastic garment cover, suit cover and dry cleaning laundry bag with HDPE, LDPE film roll material,channel steel structure machine frame, single unwind unit station, DC motor and photocell switch controlling material unwinding, equips with heat sealing blade, match with dot cutting blade to make rolling garment cover, suit cover and rewind into rolls, adopts servo motor for controlling material feeding,feeding much stronger and accurate than step motor,Photocell eye for tracking the printed label on the bags, ensure cutting accuracy, it's able to produce printed garment suit covers.
Micro-computer controller, easily operation, equips with auto counter, auto alarm or step setting, when the film used out or the bag's quantity reach the setting number, the controller will alarm automatically. The machine is drove by main motor, controlling by frequency inverter, saving power and protect the electric circuit. Equips with rewind unit for rewinding plastic laundry bags into rolls, change bag rolls automatically.
After seal and cut well, rewind into rolls automatically, the rewind speed is controlled by speed adjustable board and the roll changer device is drove by pneumatic cylinder.Compared to plastic garment cover making one by one, this rolling plastic garment suit cover making machine could make garment suit covers on rolls, labor force saved, working efficiency higher, convenient sales, easy use, more popular by customers.
